Hey, everyone. I don’t know if anyone knows this, but in addition to being an aspiring author and book-reviewer, I am also a singer/songwriter. I play the piano and, well, sing. I’m a tenor, which means I’m one of those guys who has a higher voice. Anyways, I wrote a song based off of Heidi R. Kling’s debut novel, Sea, and I recently sent it to her as a congratulatory gift. She loved it and even tweeted about it! She asked if I was going to put it online for people to hear and at first I said no, but I changed my mind. I have a few more book-inspired songs, so maybe I’ll post them in the future. So, here’s my song, “Beautiful Sea”. I hope you all enjoy it!
Oh, and I’m really sorry if the sound is distorted. It must be from uploading it to the site. I’m only going to leave this up for a day or two, so listen while you can and please leave a comment with your thoughts. If you hate it though, don’t tell me. I would probably cry. 😉
If you’d like to, you can go ahead and link to this post. I have no problems with that.
*”Beautiful Sea” is an original song written, recorded, and performed by myself. Please do not rip the song and spread it around the internet. Thank you.
